I was born with head neck and facial differences also with only one eye. Throughout my life I have encountered taunts, stares, laughed at, bullied, discriminated, judged, treat negatively, and even attacked.

I had driven for 30 years without any problems. I had a Eye test and a congenital problem was discovered. Because I have only one eye DVLA cannot consider my case in the exceptional circumstance section of their legislations
