Closed Raise standard of proof in family court case to same standard as criminal cases

The standard of proof is not high enough in family law cases as is for criminal cases. Too many children are torn from loving families when so little evidence based on probability can be used. If there are concerns things can be put into place to montor. Change the secrecy of family courts.

Many professionals do witness statements and try to prove the innocence of individuals for such little evidence to then wipe it all out. The law us now failing happy loved and well cared for children who love their parents. Parliament need to change this law.
