i believe that people who work and contibute to the economy should have more chance of gaining points for housing allocation over those who dont, ie unemployed, imagrants and in particular those who are costing the goverment money through drug programs and child benefits on top of their own benefits. As the way it is just now is not encouraging people to work and contribute to the socitey.
