Rejected petition Open all beaches to Naturist

It is wrong naturist is not allowed to enjoy being naturist on public beaches. Naturists are forced to far ends of beaches, which is discrimination, and also in violation of the DDA as many-disabled naturist are unable to get to naturist areas of the beaches.
It is not an offence to go naked so why do we allow councils to ban naturism on public beaches.
