Closed To change the law on business transfer contracts, to allow cooling off period

My friend was put under pressure by a business sales agent to sign a contract to sell her business, he did not mention that there was no cooling off period.

There are examples of companies using business transfer contracts with the sole intent of taking small businesses to court. Defending these cases causes financial hardship, loss of business and severe stress and strain.
