Any person who has had three convictions for indictable offences, should on the third such conviction in a court of law, be sentenced to an automatic thirty years in prison, non negotiable, no discounts, no parole, no early release scheme, no out on license, just the straight thirty years

Repeat offenders are the scurge of UK SOCIETY, only "THREE STRIKES" can effectively and properly deal with repeat offenders no matter what politicians tell us about rehabilitation - yeah IF ONLY!
