Closed Allow third party's to appeal against a planning application.

A number of planning applications have been passed by local planning authorities that should not have been allowed under planning law.

This petition is to hold all planning authorities to account so they know if they run roughshod over valid objections they can be held to account.

A Cemetery was given planning permission on greenbelt land that did not comply with planning law, the developer did not show any special circumstances. This application was passed on political grounds not in conjunction with planning law.
