Make it illegal to sell food products with unnecessary fillers. I.e. chicken at 40% water or sausages at 40% meat. The public should not be required to check if a product is inferior quality. Public should not need to check if a product is cheaper due to unnecessary, no nutritional value content

Chicken is sold in various grades. Some as no added water content, and some with greater than 40% water content. It must be illegal to infer that the public is paying for chicken rather than water.
Sausages are sold with less than 50% meat content with unnecessary volume made up with unnecessary, non-nutritional filler.
