Up and down the country, anti-social neighbours exist. The police and council can only do so much and the procedure takes years. This has proven to affect many people's health who are suffering, and makes so many uncomfortable in their own home.

Many reports show that anti-social behaviour is on the increase, and this is being brought into many homes. Not just noise necessarily, but to litter outside the house for instance.

I have personally suffered now for over 2 years, with both the police and council saying there is only so much that they can do. This needs to change.
