Rejected petition send our long term prisoners to siberia prison camps

come to an arrangment with the russian goverment to have all our long term prisoners sent to the old siberian " gulag" prison camps for the term of the prisoners sentance.
pay the russian goverment £ 15000 per year per prisoner to look after them, thus saving ourselfs £ 20000 per year per prisoner on costs.
If we do this then this will leave plenty of Uk prison cells for the use of short term prisoners with a sentance under 5 years to be housed for the full term of the sentance given..
