Rejected petition Ban corporal punishment. Make it a crimnal offence to beat your children.

In this modern society is should be illegal to beat your children. However the law allows parents to beat their children as long as it does not cause serious damage. I believe that any violent action towards children should be taken as child abuse. Adults and animals cannot be beaten.

Even animals are banned from being beaten. Animals cannot be beaten yet children can. Corporal punishment is degrading and causes psychological damage.
