legalise drugs, licence and tax the producers and importers. create a licenced point of sale, tax the product of point of sale. Minimum age of purchase 21. Make DUI, Under the influence in public or around children, producing or selling without licence a serious offence with a stiff penalty. Saves police and court time, empties prisons and removes many victims of crime. Use some of the raised funds to service our countries debt, some for proper rehabilitation facilities. Prohibition does not work, so change the law. Addicts need help, not criminalistion.
