Implement a 50mph minimum speed limit on UK motorways for vehicles under 3.5 tonne.

People traveling below 50mph are a risk to themselves and others, especially to drivers trying to join a motorway, also when they are in other lanes, it can make it near impossible to exit without undertaking.
