Rejected petition Ban all fireworks from public purchase and only allow organised displays

I'm a army veteran who suffers from ptsd.This time of year is a nightmare for ex soldiers that suffer with condition,it is also very stressing for animals and ad it's so easy for anyone to purchase fireworks it becomes a daily event from October onwards.there is no purpose in fireworks so please ban
