Rejected petition Bring the allowed age of having a smear test from 25 down to 16

I believe you should lower the age at which a female may receive a smear test from 25 to 16 providing they are sexually active. Jade goody is a great example of what being denied a smear test on the basis you are not 25 can do. Reduce the risk to all women & girls by reducing the allowed age.
