Petition Ensure business rates are based on current rental value of property and its use

Pagan's Pole is a dance studio in Bangor. We have recently been threatened with closure due to legislation stating that the business rates must be based upon the rental value of the property in 2008. Also legislation bases rates upon what the property lends itself to rather than what its use is.
