There are no regulations or rules, laws on the maximum a site owner can charge for L.P.G or no water meters to record usage so water is just based on guess work.

All residents were sent a back invoice for L.P.G because the site owner had fitted the wrong L.P.G meter.

The water bill usage is 100% higher than the OFWAT guide line usage for a two bedroom bungalow.
