Bring back National Service from age 16. Students leaving secondary education receive full military training accompanied by NVQ level studies for poor performers at Secondary School level. Conscriptees work to bolster regular armed forces units in return for their keep. Transgressions to be dealt with as per regular military personnel. Conscriptees have the option to choose a career after one year or finish service after three years.
