Rejected petition Fireworks should be banned. Only firework displays should be allowed!

Fireworks should be banned over the counter due to the fact small children and animals get hurt from inconsiderate people. Animals get scared and upset. Children get scared too. Some people set fireworks off at ridiculous times of the day and night going past 11pm. Only licensed people can buy them.
