Petition adhd a disability? or just extra money to look after a child who has to be looked after anyway.

adhd is diagnosed if somebody says to the doctor that the child is unruly,this doctor will ask if the child is disruptive at school,if they are bingo!. then disability and carers allowance of nearly £100 is paid(disability and until 18 carers allowance) it appears in a lot of these cases to be single parent or those living on benefits. in this day and age when do gooders have got the rights of chastisement taken away(a good old fashion smack often sorted problems) no wonder kids push the limit,then it is down to the taxpayer to fund a naughty child. in this day and age it pays to be unruly.why dont our government rule with common sense.not let do gooders rule them,lets have a debate on what disability really is,use common sense,please save tax help the economy.
