Rejected petition Stop taking my student loans as a wage! I have to pay those back!

So I'm a mum of one! I am trying to better our lives and study at university however, I am left worst off unable to afford books for my course as my student loans are taken as a wage. Now I wouldn't mind if it was grants as they are less and I don't have to pay them back but its the loans.
