Rejected petition stop fireworks except organised Fireworks Displays

Every year I dread fireworks on Halloween, bonfire night which can stretch over a week in some cases and Xmas and New Year's eve, I have a Cavalier who is petrified, she barks,starts fitting and I dread this time of year because even with medication she is terrified for day afterwards.

I don't want to stop people having fun but would be grateful if they could go to organised events so that hopefully it would only be fireworks on the one specific night i.e. Halloween, Guy Fawkes
