Rejected petition Firework displays should only be allowed by official bodies

Fireworks start about two weeks before Halloween and continue every night until mid-November or more. A firework display by the council or golf club etc only on the night of the celebration would be more bearable and not a torture as it is now. My dog is a quivering wreck.

In Australia only official bodies can have a firework display. Very good idea.
