Petition Create a government run app, where anybody can borrow e-books for free.

In 2015, people are using technology for information more than ever. My idea is to bring the library system into the digital age, available to the masses that could otherwise not afford e-books, this would help with social mobility as the working class is becoming better educated, for free.
