Petition No criminal responsibility for those with special needs such as Autism

Majority of those with Autism Spectrum Disorder do not know what others are saying or doing and often exhibit loss of behavioral and emotional control even with the smallest detail it is irresponsible to account those who do not know what is going on or are often not in control of their behaviors.

All police forces, health services and teachers must be informed about how to deal with those with special needs, Autism Awareness must be implemented mandatory within the curriculum. Trying to fix or enforcing conformity is cruel, education and acceptance is the right way.
