The Department of Education recently rejected an application for the Disapora Free School For Disadvantaged Youngsters on the basis there was not enough expression of interest to guarantee 50 percent enrolment. I request the Education Department reconsider their decision. Please allow this rescource to provide a window of opportunity to those members of our society and communities who at best remain on the fringes and at worst become the socially excluded.
