How can this possible be even considered let alone implimented?
The majority of rioters had nothing to start with. Taking away more of their benefits and a roof over their head will result in much more severe rioting as these people try to survive.
This will force them to commit more violent crimes to raise cash, get clothes and feed themselves.
This is not a sympathy vote - it is stating the blatantly obvious.
