After the recent terrorist atrocities in europe & elsewhere, & the threat posed by terrorist orginisations to our liberties & safety, it is time we had some personal protection for us & our families, also the cuts in military spending & forces spending, a extra level of protection is what is needed.
I am an ex territorial army reservist & was trained to the highest level how to use weapons.i have a family who i would like to protect as a last resort. The peoples of other european countries, & other countries (e.g usa & canada, australasia) are allowed it is time we did. There would be 3 at least prerequisits> vetting training & licensing before owning.
