Rejected petition Allow all children to have free school meals

parents who work can't afford to pay for hot meals for our children so that means our children have to take sandwiches to school everyday, I just Dont think its fair for a child to sit with the rest of the class and eat sandwiches whilst most of the other children get a hot meal and a cake.
