Petition Phase out subsidies for fossil fuels and reintroduce them for green energy

The UK subsidises fossil fuels by 5.9 billion pounds domestically and 3.7 billion pounds abroad, and has just cut subsidies for green energy. This makes no sense. If the government is serious about the environment it will put subsidies behind renewables.
