Rejected petition Change policy to allow the Petition Committee to debate motions of no confidence

Recently, The House of Commons Petitions Committee did not debate a vote of no confidence in David Cameron, because the Committee did not have the power to schedule debate on motions of no confidence. We live in a DEMOCRACY and the views of the public should be heard.
