Rejected petition Legalise medical cannabis in Scotland;allow 4 plants 18 seedlings 24 oz medicine

Thousands are suffering, while our government tells us cannabis has no medicinal value. GW Pharma, supported by the UK gov grows 60 tonnes a year. It obviously has medicinal value. Cannabis is medicine. Legalise it immediately.
