Petition Increase holiday entitlement at work from 4 weeks to 6-8 weeks

4 weeks a year means a week off every 3 months. As studies have revealed; lack of holiday breaks and over-working increase stress levels. I think adding on a couple of extra weeks holiday entitlement could be a stepping stone to making people work more effectively resulting in lower stress levels.
