Petition change the law so malicious actions are not protected by data protection

I have been accused of molesting my granddaughter. The report was made via the NSPCC. It was found to be totally malicious. I have requested a copy of the malicious complaint from the NSPCC The Police and The Council. All say they cannot release this information because of data protection.
