Rejected petition Allow people to consume and posses cannabis legally if it helps them medically.

When people with MS, Crohn's, Arthritis, fibromyalgia, cancer and many other illnesses are using cannabis to help them. Why is the law not protecting these people and instead leaving them open to dealers and scammers?
Please allow the use of cannabis medically in the UK.
