For Small Scale domestic wind turbine installations:

Do your bit for the environment; sign this petition and help to make it easier to generate your own power at home, reduce your bills, or help the local community generate usable amounts of power,

Free vertical and horizontal generating devices on free standing towers from planning permission under 1000watts in output power and less than 10 meters tall and with a blade diameter of less than 2 meters

Removing the need for planning permission by simply re-classifying them as entirely temporary and portable power generating equipment exempt from planning permissions if sited on privately owned grounds, but must be removed when no longer required for domestic generation.
