Rejected petition Make David Cameron apologise for 'terrorist sympathiser' slur.

In the lead up to yesterday's (2nd of December) debate, David Cameron referred to MPs intending to vote against plans to extend bombing to Syria as 'terrorist sympathisers'.

“You should not be walking through the lobbies with Jeremy Corbyn and a bunch of terrorist sympathisers” [1]

More details

I think remarks are completely uncalled for as it insinuates that MPs against the motion set in parliament - and by extension the general public[2], who also reject it - are in some way the villains in this matter for showing concern over an issue that is, as David Cameron himself admitted, complex and without easy solutions.

Thus, I think an apology is owed both to those MPs and also to the public as well.
