Rejected petition Train the Syrian Refugees in the EU to be the Free Syrian Army

The Government say 70,000 Syrian Army are supposed to be in Syria, there are millions of Syrian refugees in the EU that claim to be patriotic and wish to return, could they not be trained to regain their own Country thus ensuring no power vacuum and no use of Western troops on the ground.
