Rejected petition Guarantee that no innocent civilians will be killed by UK air strikes in Syria

How can the government confirm that UK air strikes will not kill innocent civilians in Syria? What happened in Paris was outrageous. We need to stop Daesh by stopping whoever is funding them not by causing more deaths resulting in the group growing and as a result increasing terrorist attacks on us.
