SInce Parking meters in Torbay have ben installed, the local residents and myself have noticed a large amount of shops closing down. Usually a thriving tourist attraction known as the English Riviera is no longer so attracting due to the poor parking arrangements and the constant cost of parking your vehicles and the over zellous Traffic Wardens juming at the chance to ticket you.
