Petition amnesty to illegal migrant who have spent atleast five years in the UK and contributed positively to the country

with trend of influx of migrant from the eu,there has been migrant from other part of the world who have been in the UK and have contributed positively to the economy of the this country,they have been exploited,abuse,deny any right,neglected due to fear of persecuations,and yet have contributed to the economy,economically, physically,socially,physcological and financially,and yet have to wait for years of fear to be able to get a permision to stay or work,its time we bring them out of the shadow of the economy,and make them contribute legally to the economy,and stop people expoiting and abusing them,afterall most of the money and taxes they work for in the shadow of the economy goes to the underworld and not to the coffer of the govt,this money could have help alot in the govt in revenue,lets us regularise them and document them so this will help in keeping an eye on the net migration,afterall they are already here.
