Rejected petition Remove the archaic BBC TV licence fee.

In this new world of digital television why is it that all households have to pay for a TV licence to watch live television broadcasts? We, the undersigned, petition the government to remove the charter allowing the BBC to charge for watching live TV and make them become self funding.
