That HM Government stops immediately the financially wasteful and increasingly unproductive aerial bombing campaign of Libya and either recognisies the need for a ground forces campaign and, with NATO partners, implements a ground-force campaign or ceases the aerial bombardment currently underway and recognises that air campaigns alone achieve very little in terms of strategic objective success.
