Petition put a stop to the use of PH water strips in pregnant women. scans are 100%.

I was given 3 PH water strip tests to check for leaking waters.Each test come back negative,I went in at 20 weeks and the midwife read my notes and booked scan. I had no waters around baby.They say the PH water strips are 99% accurate, so why did it not pick up my broken membranes?
