Rejected petition Rioters should have their houses sold to pay for damage caused!

If any of those convicted of the recent rioting/looting and are subsequently found to be house owners or they live with their parents , who are house owners. Then the state should possess the house and it should be sold , in order to compensate for the damage that has been caused!
