Petition Prevent unfair reductions to CSA payments in favour of the paying parent.

The CSA currently allows the paying parent to pay the one with main day to day care of the children less money when they choose to live with someone with children. This penalises the biological children who have no say in who the absent parent lives with.

If the responsible parent has other outgoings including future children with a new partner they are not entitled to additional financial help.
