I suggest corporal punishment is reinstated.Not only in schools, but as a form of punishment for burgulars, muggers and trouble makers in general. A short cane could be for kids up to the age of 16, graduating to a long cane after that. If they havent learned their lesson by then. Give them a taste of the cat of nine tales.When it was used, no one came back for a second session.Singapore is one of the safest country`s in the world. Corporal punishment works there. Of course.we would have to get rid of the infamous " Human Rights Act first.
