It is long overdue for our Magistrates and Judges to err on the side of the victims of crime, rather than giving the perpetrators a gentle tap on the hand.
Stronger directives need to be given, and the age of responsibility should be lowered to capture those 10 and 12 year olds responsible for so much of the crime.
