Petition Overseas visitors should be made to pay to use our health service - no excuses.

As we all know our health service is in crisis , therefore it is so wrong for overseas visitors to take advantage. A few years ago we toured NZ for several months and I had to consult a Doctor. I was told the cost , paid it and had my consultation, followed by paying for further investigations.
