Offences against the public, community and or local businesses as a result of Riot, Looting, Theft, Arson, Vandalism, Damage or Disruption to the emergency services should be dealt with by humiliation in front of the community.
Too many offenders have nothing to lose because they are on benefits, social housing or are workshy.
Humiliation is one of the only things they fear. Respect is their mantra, take it away from them.
